Transitional Housing
Our transitional homes provide a safe and supportive environment where residents continue their recovery journey and begin taking meaningful steps toward independent living.
All residents entering this stage have completed the 90-day trauma awareness program and are ready to move forward. They are able to remain in these homes for a year or longer, allowing the time needed to grow, stabilize, and build a strong foundation.
This is more than just a place to live. It is a structured and supportive community where residents live alongside their peers—participating in daily programming, volunteering, developing life skills, and taking responsibility for their space while supporting one another in accountability and growth.
Residents are encouraged to return to work or school and begin setting goals for their future. We support this by connecting them with local employers, educational opportunities, and partner organizations that help them take the next step forward.
Through this time, individuals gain the confidence, skills, and stability needed to move toward long-term independence—while remaining connected to a supportive community.
